Originally built on a golf course, the campus has grown to include a number of award-winning buildings such as Sportspark, the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts and even its own Norfolk Broad, the lake. The Sportspark on campus is one of the biggest indoor sports center in Britain with an Olympic sized pool.
The campus is sited in acre upon acre of landscaped grounds, woodland, a lake and playing fields for sports including lacrosse, American football, soccer and rugby.
It is home to Norwich Research Park, one of Europe’s biggest community of researchers in the area of environment, health and plant science. Norwich is a small city but it is very lively comprised of amazing night life, bars, pubs, cafes, restaurant and 1500 historic buildings.
The university provides on campus accommodation. There are over 4,000 furnished rooms on campus within 320 acres of parkland. The students can get accommodation based on their budgets as they provide range of rooms, including en-suites, standard single rooms, standard twin rooms, family housing, and two bedroom flats.
