The Master of Engineering Management is an engineering degree that sees their careers improve in management — including senior management positions. The program provides a solid basis for some of today's most effective management concepts in the engineering industry. You will be able to work with teams and managers from other learning areas, including finance, human resources and management. This degree is awarded in partnership with the Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong to ensure a modern management thinking that is consistent with the technical, technical and environmental aspects of engineering projects.
You will find information on the various strategies and practices used in the organization to acquire, create, represent, distribute and enable the reception of information and experiences at University of Wollongong. These practices focus on administrative goals such as innovation, competitive advantage, sharing lessons learned and continuous improvement of the body. The course is designed for engineers to familiarize themselves with the technical skills and advanced engineering knowledge required for leadership and management positions in a variety of engineering roles. It will provide the analytical tools and techniques needed to improve efficiency, in production organizations and services.
The Master of Engineering Management allows graduates to become professional managers of engineering in their chosen field, especially as leaders and managers of engineering processes. Graduates use the skills and knowledge gained to transform their skills into a broader view of engineering studies. Graduates will be able to perform roles in performance management, quality control management, logistics, procurement management and other specialized engineering fields.
